OCT 71900 Box 44 PA6E 781 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the ROCKRIDGE STREET <br />LIGHTING DISTRICT held a public hearing on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT was <br />established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 72-2; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper <br />notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for the <br />rate established and after public questionings and input, <br />desires to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year <br />1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT, that the Board <br />hereby sets the millage for said District at 0.65711 mills., <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE <br />ROCKRIDG ST T GHZN41RICT <br />ByWi ar W Sli t, Jr.rman <br />Attest: <br />4c'c� <br />'I.-- r .t_ZL- <br />L <br />Freda Wright, -Clerk) <br />_ M M <br />
