THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS THEREUPON RECONVENED AT <br />5:29 O'CLOCK P.M., WITH THE SAME MEMBERS PRESENT, AND CHAIRMAN <br />SIEBERT ANNOUNCED THAT THE BOARD WOULD NOW ACT AS THE BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS OF THE LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT. <br />THE CHAIRMAN INFORMED THOSE PRESENT THAT THE PROPOSED <br />MILLAGE FOR THE DISTRICT IS 0.51422. <br />FINANCE OFFICER BARTON REPORTED THAT THE PROPOSED MILLAGE <br />REPRESENTS A DECREASE OF 9.3% OVER LAST YEARS ROLLED BACK RATE. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO SPEAK. <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE FOUR BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT ACTING AS THE BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS OF THE LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT UNANIMOUSLY <br />ADOPTED RESOLUTION 80-105 ESTABLISHING A MILLAGE FOR THE DISTRICT <br />OF 0.51422 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-81. <br />OCT 71980 45 sooK 44 -FAGS 786 <br />
