BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />April 5, 2010 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />BROWNFIELD AREA DESIGNATION <br />PUBLIC HEARING WORKSHOP <br />APRIL 5, 2010 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the Indian <br />River State College, Mueller Campus - Pamela and Russell Bjorkman Room of the Brackett <br />Library, on Monday, April 5, 2010, to discuss and consider adoption of a resolution that would <br />establish a Brownfield Development Area near 74th Avenue and 9th Street S.W. Present were <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Bob Solari, and Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, <br />and Gary C. Wheeler (Commissioner Wesley S. Davis was absent). Also in attendance were <br />County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy <br />Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br />Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. He informed the audience <br />that this Public Hearing Workshop would be for public information regarding the Florida <br />Brownfields Redevelopment Program, and that no formal action would be taken. <br />1 <br />April 5, 2010 <br />Brownfield Area Designation Public Hearing Workshop <br />
