� � r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-101 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, has held its second public hearing at 5:01 P.M. <br />on October 7, 1980 for the purpose of adopting a final County <br />budget based on the interim roll for the fiscal year 1980-81; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS as provided by <br />law, has previously approved the millage based on the interim <br />roll; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser has provided evaluations <br />for the non-exempt property in the County; and <br />WHEREAS, the final hearing was properly noticed by publication <br />and the needs as set forth in the County budget discussed in public <br />forum; and <br />WHEREAS, the County budget includes the budget for the Health <br />Department and retirement of the Bond Issue dated February 1, 1959 <br />in the principal amount of $750,000.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budget as <br />attached to this Resolution, marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br />herein is hereby adopted by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />This Resolution shall become effective on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980. <br />BC <br />IN <br />By <br />W <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright, Cler <br />OCT 71980 <br />
