OCT 71980 max 44 PAcE 763 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-103 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT, held a public hearing on the 7th day of <br />October, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE SERVICE UNIT <br />was established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 80-34; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper <br />notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for the <br />rate established and after public questionings and input, <br />desires to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year <br />1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby <br />sets the millage for said Unit at 2.10523 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright, Clerk <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, F R A <br />By , <br />Willard iebert, Jr., hairman <br />
