Following a discussion between Board members and Attorney DeBraal, Commissioner <br />Davis decided in favor of continuing negotiations with the Sadhwani's on their property. <br />MOTION WAS AMENDED by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to include the <br />additional direction to staff to continue negotiations on <br />property owned by Dr. and Mrs. Harish Sadhwani, <br />located at the northwest corner of 66th Avenue and 65th <br />Street. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 3-2 <br />vote (Commissioners O'Bryan and Solari opposed), the <br />Amended Motion carried. The Board directed staff: (1) to <br />continue negotiations on: [1] property owned by Vero <br />Estates LLC, located at the northeast corner of C.R. 510 <br />and 66th Avenue; and [2] property owned by Dr. and Mrs. <br />Harish Sadhwani, located at the northwest corner of 66th <br />Avenue and 65th Street; and (2) directed staff to return to <br />the Board with further information. <br />(Clerk's Note: At this time, the Chairman recalled the scheduling problem mentioned <br />earlier, and requested Tabling, until the Board of County Commission Meeting of April 13, 2010, <br />Items 13.E. and 13.F. under County Attorney Matters, and 14.A.1.under Commissioner Items). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved to <br />TABLE Items 13.E. and 13.F., under County Attorney <br />Matters, and Item 14.A.1. under Commissioner Items. <br />28 <br />April 6, 2010 <br />
