DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT THE BEST WAY TO PURCHASE THE <br />ROAD GRADER. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE SUGGESTED HAVING TWO SEPARATE AND <br />DISTINCT BIDS - ONE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY, AND THE OTHER TO BE PAID <br />FOR IN TWO PAYMENTS A YEAR APART. <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON AGREED WITH COMMISSIONER WODTKE, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO GO OUT <br />FOR BIDS ON THE ROAD GRADER; ONE BID ON THE BASIS OF CASH ON DELIVERY, <br />AND THE OTHER BID ON THE BASIS OF TWO PAYMENTS BEING MADE A YEAR <br />APART. <br />LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS <br />THE BOARD REVIEWED THE VARIOUS INFORMATION REGARDING <br />THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS OF LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, AND <br />THE REQUEST FOR THE RELEASE OF THE BALANCE OF THEIR CASH BOND, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />October 1, 1980 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Development Improvements, Laurelwood, Unit 3 <br />ENCL. #1 - Robert Shutts' Letter to County Administrator <br />Dated 22 September 1980 <br />#2 - Robert Shutts' Letter to County Administrator <br />Dated 22 September 1980 <br />#3 - Proposed Acceptance Letter from County Administrator <br />#4 - Street and Drainage Maintenance Bond #980E7533 <br />Laurelwood Homes has certified that 100% of the grading, <br />drainage and paving is complete in their Unit 3 as recorded <br />in Plat Book 10, Page 58. See Enclosure 1. <br />They are requesting the release of the balance of their <br />cash bond in the amount of $17,940.05 plus any accrued interest <br />todate, if applicable. See Enclosure 2. <br />Laurelwood Subdivision, Unit 3 was inspected by this office <br />on 25 September 1980 and found acceptable with the following <br />discrepancies: <br />1.
