ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Chairman O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />to send a copy of this Proclamation to the Democratic and <br />Republican parties in Washington, D.C. <br />5.C. PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING MAY 25, 2010 AS <br />RENEWABLE AND ALTERNATIVE ENERGY DAY <br />Chairman O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation to Penny Chandler, Indian River <br />County Chamber of Commerce, who accepted it on behalf of the Florida Research Coast. <br />Ms. Chandler announced that there was a Renewable and Alternative Energy Forum <br />event scheduled for the morning of May 25, 2010, at the Indian River State College. <br />S.D.
