ORDINANCE 110. 80-37 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the i following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: All of Government Lot 1, Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, EXCEPT one acre in the Northeast.corner, thereof described as follows: Begin on the bank or bluff of the Atlantic Ocean on the North line of said Government Lot 1, thence run West 209 feet; thence South 209 feet; thence East 209 feet to the bank or bluff of the Atlantic Ocean; thence run Northerly along said bank or bluff to the Point of Beginning; ALSO EXCEPT the North 15 feet of said Government Lot 1, and ALSO EXCEPTING the right-of- way for State Road A -1-A as described in Deed recorded in Official Record Book 35, Page 393, etc., Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. ALSO EXCEPTING the south 70 feet of Government Lot 1 as measured on the perpendicular to the South line of said property (which is the South line of said Government Lot 1) lying Easterly of the Easterly right-of-way of State Road A -1-A. Be changed from R-1 Single Family Residential District to R -2B Multiple Family District for the 14.01 acres'East of AlA and R -2A Multiple Family District for the 16.45 acres West of AlA of the described property.
