Public Works Director Chris Mora provided an update regarding the rebuilding of the 5th <br />Street S.W. and 43rd Avenue bridge project. He anticipated a completion date of June 2010, and <br />addressed questions from the Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Chairman O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order No. 16 (Engineering) with Bridge Design <br />Associates, Inc., authorizing the project as outlined in the <br />Scope of Services, for the lump sum fee of $81,135.00, <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute same, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of April 9, 2010. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.M. SCHumANN DRIVE/BARBER STREET ROADWAYIMPROVEMENTS — IRC <br />PROJECT NO. 0546 DUNKELBERGER ENGINEERING & TESTING, ING, <br />WORK ORDER NO. 2, RELEASE OF RETAINAGE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />payment to Dunkelberger Engineering and Testing, Inc., <br />for release of retainage in the amount of $1,586.81, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of April 19, 2010. <br />10 <br />May 4, 2010 <br />
