He said the last time this was done the Ordinances were codified <br />through Supplement 65, as published by the Municipal Code Corporation, and now the County <br />needs to codify and publish the Ordinances up to and including Supplement 78, which requires a <br />Public Hearing. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing; there being no speakers, the Chairman closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 2010-010, amending Section 100.03(4) of the <br />Code of Indian River County ("the Code"), codifying and <br />publishing the Ordinances up to and including Supplement <br />78 thereto, readopting the Code, designating the Code as <br />the best evidence of the current law of Indian River <br />23 <br />May 4, 2010 <br />
