8.0. RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, 66TH AVENUE PROJECT (4TH TO 12TH <br />STREET), OWNER: RAYMOND NADEAU <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the purchase of the needed right-of-way and storm water <br />drainage easement at a price of $230, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />with Raymond Nadeau, as recommended m the <br />memorandum of May 17, 2010. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.P. APPROVAL OF REVISED ADDENDUM TO THE MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ADDRESS N' MAIL, INC., AND INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY TO HAVE COUNTY MAIL PRE-SORTED AND TRANSPORTED TO <br />ORLANDO IN EXCHANGE FOR REDUCED POSTAGE CHARGES <br />Deleted <br />8.0.
