COUNTY ATTORNEY MATTERS <br />13.A. CONSIDERATION OF S.C.A.L.E. REPORT FOR 66TH AVENUE, 4TH STREET TO <br />STATE ROAD 60 <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal presented staff's request for Board approval of <br />the S.C.A.L.E. Report submitted by Carter and Associates, Inc. (CAI), which evaluates the <br />proposed transportation improvements on 66th Avenue between SR 60 and 4th Street.
