ON MOTION BY Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Chairman Flescher, the Board GRANTED Patrick <br />McCalister's appeal of the County Administrators' <br />decision to uphold the determination of the Public Works <br />Director to not approve High Density Polyethylene <br />(HDPE) pipe for installation in the drainage ditch in front <br />of Mr. McCalister's residence at 775 26th Avenue; and <br />authorized staff to issue a permit for Mr. McCalister to <br />install High Density Polyethylene Pipe (HDPE) in the <br />aforementioned drainage ditch, subject to the following <br />conditions: the HDPE pipe must have headwalls, be no <br />older than three years old, and be compacted properly, <br />with the invert positioned evenly. <br />The Chairman called a break at 12:03 p.m., and reconvened the meeting at 12:15 p.m., <br />with all members present. <br />12.
