REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM KATHLEEN ANN ROY <br />There was a Board CONSENSUS to grant the request of <br />Kathleen Ann Roy, who at this time, asked permission to <br />address the Board regarding a problem she had <br />experienced obtaining water service. <br />Kathleen Ann Roy, 8775 20th Street, Lot 176, described her difficulties in obtaining <br />prompt water service at her new residence in Countryside Mobile Home Park. <br />Chairman O'Bryan apologized to Ms. Roy for the inconvenience, and directed Erik <br />Olson, Director of Utility Services, to meet with Ms. Roy and provide her with direct phone <br />numbers, including his (Chairman O'Bryan's) own. <br />The Board also requested Director Olson to ascertain what had caused the delay, and <br />report back to the Commissioners. <br />10.
