SENIOR RESOURCE ASSOCIATES (SRA) TRANSIT FACILITY <br />CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY METHOD <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously affirmed <br />staff's position and authorized the solicitation of <br />competitive bidding for the Senior Resource Associates <br />(SRA) Transit Facility to be built at the 43rd Avenue site <br />presently leased to the Senior Resource Association, Inc. <br />for that purpose, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />July 7, 2010. <br />8.N. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE UPDATED 2O1OINDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY UNIFIED LOCAL MITIGATION STRATEGY <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2010-059, for approval of the 2010 Revised <br />Indian River County Unified Local Mitigation Strategy. <br />9.
