The Board CONSENSUS was to proceed with the public <br />hearing as scheduled, for the time certain of Tuesday, July <br />20, 2010. <br />County Administrator Joseph Baird asked the Board if they would also like to proceed <br />with the public hearing scheduled for July 20, 2010, which involved modification of the <br />County's locational requirements for premises serving alcoholic beverages to correspond to State <br />Requirements. <br />The Board CONSENSUS was to proceed with the second <br />public hearing as scheduled, for the time certain of <br />Tuesday, July 20, 2010. <br />The Chairman called a break at 10:29 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:41 a.m., <br />with all members present. <br />11.
