<br />The UNITED STATES OF AMERTCA, nct i ng by and throt►i;h the Secretary
<br />of the Interior, acting by and through the Southeast Regi.onnL Director,
<br />Heritage Conservation and Recreation Service, under and pursuant to the
<br />power and authority contained in the provisions of the Federal. Property
<br />and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Stat. 377), as amended, and
<br />particularly as amended by Public Law 485, 91st Congress;, and regulations
<br />and orders promulgated thereunder (hereinafter designated "Grantor"),
<br />for and in consideration of the perpetual use of the hereinafter described
<br />promises for publAc part: and public. recr-eatLon area purposes, by Indian
<br />River County, Florida (hereinafter designated "Grantee"), does hereby
<br />rel -ease and quitclaim to Grantee, and to its successors mid assigns,
<br />:subject to the reservations, exceptions, restrictions, conditions and
<br />covenants hereinafter expressed and set forth, all Grantor's right,
<br />title and interest in and to the following described property, consisting
<br />of approximately 4.35 acres plus an easement of 0.25 acre, located in
<br />Indian River County, Florida:

<br />Being a parcel of land lying in the East 10 acres of Government
<br />Lot 1 (the same being known as the Government Tracking Station),
<br />Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 40 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida. The boundary of said parcel being more
<br />particularly described as follows: From the Southwest corner
<br />of said Section 20, run North 89°42'15" East along the Section
<br />line, 346.80 feet, more or less to a concrete monument marking
<br />Cr1 --the Southwest corner of the aforesaid Government Tracking
<br />".\= Station; thence run North 0°13'15" East along the West line of
<br />said Tracking Station, 212.00 fret to a concrete monument for
<br />^U--Che;Point of Beginning of the parcel to be herein described:
