THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING MEMO FROM ADMINISTRATOR <br />NELSON: <br />October 15, 1980 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Hercules, Inc., Brunswick, Georgia and <br />Stump wood Agreement 986219 <br />ENCLOSURE: Assistant County administrator's Memo of <br />October 9, 1980, Same Subject <br />On October 10, 1979, the County signed an agreement <br />with Hercules, Inc., Brunswick, Georgia to sell them <br />dead pines and stumps. This agreement was for a one <br />year period. During this year of collecting the lighter <br />wood, more wood than was anticipated was found and therefore, <br />Hercules has requested an extension of the contract to <br />December 10, 1980, see the enclosure. <br />It is requested that an extension be granted to <br />Hercules, Inc. retroactive to October 10, 1980 through <br />December 10, 1980. <br />Neil A.
