<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, is reviewing the
<br />feasibility of making the following changes
<br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, which changes
<br />and additions are substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described properties
<br />situated at the northeast corner of the in-
<br />tersection of Range Line Road and S.R. 60 in
<br />Indian River County, to -wit:
<br />PARCEL No. 1. Commence at the Southwest
<br />corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6,
<br />Township 33 South, Range' 39 East, Indian
<br />River County, Florida, thence run North along
<br />the West line of Section a distance of 162.73 feet
<br />to the North right-of-way line of State Road 60;
<br />thence run South 89 degrees 41'55" East along
<br />the North right-of-way line of State Road 60 a
<br />distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />from the point of beginning' run North 00
<br />degrees 27' 45" East and parallel with the line
<br />of Section 6 a distance of 269.46 feet; thence run

<br />Beach, Florida, on Thursday, September 25,
<br />1980, at 7:30 P.M., after which said public
<br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens shall have an opportunity
<br />to be heard will be held by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in the Council Chambers of the City
<br />Hall, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />November 5,1980, at 9:00 A.M.
