OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA `~ <br />WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER was appointed by the Board.of County 7) <br />Pommissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to serve as a member <br />of the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Conunission on ' <br />7Tune 6, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER served as Vice Chairman of the Indian <br />iver County Planning and Zoning Commission from January 10, 1980 <br />ntil September 9, 1980; and <br />> WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER, served as Chairman of the Indian River. <br />County Planning and Zoning Commission from September 9, 1980 until <br />becember 4, 1980; and <br />> WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER, first served the citizens of this <br />County with regard to zoning matters when he was appointed to the <br />hoard of Zoning Adjustment on February 9, 1977, in which capacity <br />Jie served until the Board of County Commissioners decided he would <br />be a good candidate for the Planning and Zoning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER has been instrumental in the adoption <br />bf legislation which have made Indian Rives County a better place <br />�n which to live, among them being: <br />Adoption of Site Plan Approval Ordinance and the <br />Amendment to include Minor Site Plan Approval <br />Adoption of Landscape Ordinance <br />Proposed rezoning of State Road 510-512 <br />Proposed rezoning of Oslo Road <br />> Constantly up -dating of Zoning Districts for Indian River <br />County <br />Adoption of Ordinance amending Southern Standard Building <br />Code <br />WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER has served the people of Indian River <br />bounty both in his capacity as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustment and as a member of the Indian River County Planning and <br />Zoning Commission with great diligence and understanding_ of the <br />heeds of the County; and <br />WHEREAS, HAROLD WINKLER has announced his resignation from said <br />pommission to be effective December 4, 1980; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />�ISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board on behalf <br />Pf itself and the citizens of Indian River County, expresses its <br />heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HAROLD WINKLER for a job well <br />none; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board wishes HAROLD WINKLER <br />continued success in his future endeavors. <br />�iIVL� <br />0 <br />This Resolution shall become effective <br />s of the Jr <br />A day of,� �s��' �; 1980 <br />Adopted December 3, 1980 <br />KI <br />
