But mobile home owners also de- <br />serve to live without the fear that they will be victimized be- <br />cause of their dependence on a plot of ground. <br />So therefore gentlemen it is of vital importance for you <br />to pass our propo4+ ordinance as written to give the mobile home <br />people of Indian River County an opportunity to resolve their <br />problems. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INQUIRED IF IT WAS THE INTENT OF THE MOTION <br />TO NAME THE AREAS THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE WOULD REPRESENT AND <br />THEN BY SEPARATE MOTION AT ANOTHER DATE NAME THE INDIVIDUALS, AND <br />COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK STATED THAT WAS HIS INTENT. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON AND <br />RESOLUTION 80-138 WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br />COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK INFORMED THOSE PRESENT OF THE DATE <br />OUR LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION WILL BE IN TOWN AND URGED THAT THEY PRESENT <br />THEIR PROBLEMS TO THE DELEGATION ALSO. <br />-'CHAIRMAN LYONS REQUESTED COMMISSIONER FLETCHER TO COORDINATE <br />EFFORTS TO GET A LIST OF POSSIBLE CANDIDATES FOR THE AD HOC COMMITTEE <br />AND OBTAIN RESUMES TO BE PRESENTED TO THE BOARD. <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER REQUESTED THAT THE SECRETARY BE <br />INSTRUCTED, TO PLACE APPOINTMENTS TO THE AD HOC COMMITTEE ON THE AGENDA <br />OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 28TH. <br />RESOLUTION 80-138 IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES. <br />
