a. the specific location of the project, including <br />the identification of the entity expected to <br />provide service to the project; <br />b. the proposed land uses and land use <br />intensities, in terms of equivalent residential <br />units; <br />c. total potable water demand and peak demand <br />expected to be generated by proposed project; <br />and <br />d. project phasing information, if applicable. <br />3. If the proposed service provider is other than the <br />Indian River County Utility System, documentation <br />will be required from the provider that the project <br />is within its service area and that the Potable <br />Water Facility has the capacity to serve the project <br />as proposed. If the ability of a provider to serve <br />a proposed project is contingent upon planned <br />facility expansion, details regarding such planned <br />improvements shall also be submitted. <br />4. Prior to the issuance of an initial or final <br />concurrency determination certificate by the county, <br />the applicant may be required to provide evidence <br />of a contract with the service provider, indicating <br />the provider's commitment and ability to serve the <br />proposed project. <br />5. Private wells and private potable water plants are <br />allowed according to the requirements of the <br />Chapter 918, Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water <br />Regulations. <br />(b) Concurrency Analysis <br />Using the data supplied under Section 910.11(2)(a) above, <br />the county Utilities Department shall evaluate the <br />impacts of the concurrency determination application to <br />determine whether adequate capacity is available, or will <br />be available concurrent with the impacts of the <br />development. In the event that the data described in <br />Section 910.11(2)(a)1. above are not available in their <br />entirety, the required data may be provided by the <br />applicant subject to verification by the County Utilities <br />Department. In the case that development generated <br />demand exceeds the available capacity, the concurrency <br />determination certificate shall be denied. <br />140 <br />
