INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />CONCURRENCY REVIEW PROCESS <br />IApplication Submittal to Community Development Department <br />11 Application may be made at any time during the year. <br />Community Development Director <br />shall initiate review. <br />Determination of Application <br />Incomplete Application4e--- completeness and data <br />sufficiency shall be made. <br />Application shall be forwarded to <br />the evaluating agencies <br />Written notice <br />forwarded to <br />Applicant specifying <br />deficiencies <br />1 <br />Insufficiencies <br />addressed by <br />Applicant and <br />Application process <br />re-initiated <br />The Director shall approve a <br />Concurrency Determination Certificate <br />4, <br />-*Complete Application <br />within 3 days <br />Application shall be reviewed by <br />the evaluating agencies <br />to determine if public <br />facility capacity <br />is available. <br />Utilities Dept: <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Potable Water <br />Solid Waste <br />YES <br />Within <br />5 days <br />Applicant pays Impact Fees <br />and other appropriate fees <br />4, <br />Community <br />Development <br />Dept: <br />Parks <br />d <br />Public Works <br />Dept: <br />Traffic <br />Drainage <br />1 <br />Within 15 days <br />4, <br />Community Development Director <br />reviews application and <br />responses from evaluating agencies <br />for compliance with Chapter 910 <br />The Director issues <br />conditional concurrency <br />determination certificate. <br />No vesting or <br />'Reserved capacity <br />The Director shall issue an <br />initial concurrency determination <br />certificate valid for one year (5yrs) <br />4 <br />Initial Concurrency Determination Certificate <br />could be extended to 5 years if the <br />applicant chooses to sign a waiver of <br />rights for refund of Impact Fees <br />W <br />Final concurrency <br />determination valid <br />as long as building <br />permit is active <br />NO <br />Within 5 days <br />The Director shall deny <br />the application <br />Applicant chooses. <br />Within 30 days <br />Remedy the application and <br />resolve deficiencies and submit <br />for another concurrency determination. <br />147.1 <br />Appeal approved <br />Within 15 days <br />File an appeal with <br />the Community Development Dept.I <br />Within 30 days <br />4 <br />The Community Development Director <br />will review the appeal, schedule <br />hearing in front of the Board, and <br />write recommendati-n to the Board. 3 <br />Within 30 days <br />The Board will <br />consider the appeal <br />Appeal denied <br />ipoai .n <br />
