(c) Minimum yard and setback requirements <br />1. Generally. Minimum yard requirements shall be as <br />specified for a given zoning district. The yard <br />requirements shall apply to all buildings and <br />structures, as they relate to the respective lot <br />lines, except as otherwise specifically provided in <br />this chapter or as exempted in section <br />911.04(3)(c)2. <br />2. Accessory uses and structures. Special yard <br />requirements related to accessory uses and/or <br />structures are provided in Chapter 917. <br />3. Yard encroachments. See section 911.15(2), <br />encroachments into required yards. <br />4. Required yards for corner lots. Corner lots shall <br />be provided a front yard on each street frontage; <br />provided, however, that the buildable width of such <br />lot shall not be reduced to less than thirty (30) <br />feet and provided further that no accessory <br />structure on a corner lot shall project into the <br />required front yard on either street. In those <br />instances where the 30 foot minimum applies, the <br />house shall be centered between the lot lines, <br />unless an alternate siting arrangement is approved <br />by the Community Development Director. <br />5. Yards adjacent to agricultural operations. <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, <br />on all residentially zoned lots created after the <br />effective date of this chapter which are adjacent <br />to active agricultural operations with an <br />agricultural zoning district designation involving <br />citrus groves, orchards, field crops, or truck <br />farming, all nonagricultural activities shall <br />provide buffers between the agricultural and <br />residential use(s), as follows: <br />a. For projects zoned for development at one unit <br />per acre or less, a minimum fifty -foot building <br />(residence) setback is required; within the <br />fifty -foot setback, a type "B" buffer and a <br />six foot opaque feature as set forth in chapter <br />926, Landscaping and Buffering, shall be <br />provided. <br />b. For projects zoned for development at more than <br />one unit per acre, a fifty -foot building <br />(residence) setback shall be established. In <br />lieu of a fifty -foot setback, a minimum twenty- <br />five -foot bufferyard with a type "B" buffer and <br />a six foot opaque feature as setforth in <br />Chapter 926, Landscaping and Buffering, shall <br />155 <br />
