For the purpose <br />of calculating the gross acreage of a project, <br />all planned phases and areas of development to <br />be platted shall be included. <br />15. Location of permanent reference monuments; <br />16. Point of beginning if the description is by metes <br />and bounds; <br />17. Street names, proposed on site and existing within <br />three hundred (300) feet of the site; <br />18. Parks and public recreation areas, existing and <br />proposed; <br />19. "Not included" parcels, if any; <br />20. A legal description of the site boundary; <br />21. A legal description of environmentally sensitive <br />areas; <br />22. A list of all jurisdictional agency permits <br />required for the development of the subdivision; <br />23. A note reciting the language found in quotations in <br />section 913.07(4)(L), Transfer of Approval; and <br />24. Such additional information as may be necessary to <br />ensure that the subdivision complies with the <br />requirements of this chapter. <br />(D) Written information and other materials required. <br />1. Drafts of proposed deed restrictions, <br />protective covenants, intended dedications, <br />proposed property owner association documents, <br />or a written description of proposed content <br />of such documents if they are not available. <br />A copy of the property owners' association <br />documents if the association will accept <br />maintenance responsibility for private <br />streets, rights-of-way, easements, recreation <br />areas, stormwater management facilities or <br />other improvements. <br />2. A timetable for commencement and completion of <br />the project for all phases; <br />3. The location and distances from all proposed <br />streets to driveways, streets and rights-of- <br />way on both sides of any road within 300' of <br />285 <br />
