b. Utility easements: <br />The utility easements shown are dedicated in <br />perpetuity to Indian River County for the <br />construction, installation, maintenance and <br />operation of utilities by any utility <br />provider, including cable television services, <br />in compliance with such ordinances and <br />regulations as may be adopted from time to <br />time by the board of county commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />c. Drainage and storm water management easements: <br />The drainage easements and storm water <br />management tracts or easements as shown are <br />dedicated in perpetuity for construction and <br />maintenance of drainage facilities and shall <br />be the perpetual maintenance obligation of the <br />(give exact name of maintenance entity). <br />Front yard drainage easements are subject to <br />the right of each lot to have a driveway for <br />ingress/egress as approved by the county. <br />d.
