The community <br />development division shall send a copy of such reasons <br />to the developer within ten (10) working days following <br />the commission meeting. The subdivider may comply with <br />the recommendations made by the board of county <br />commissioners and resubmit the final plat to the <br />community development division for processing as <br />prescribed above. The commission shall indicate its <br />approval on the final plat by signature of the Chairman. <br />(I) Recording. The final plat shall then be accepted by the <br />county clerk for recording in the circuit court of <br />Indian River County. After recording, the developer may <br />sell lots. <br />(J) <br />Acceptance of Public Improvements. Approval of said <br />final plat shall constitute acceptance by the county of <br />all public areas or improvements dedicated to Indian <br />River County according to the terms set out in the <br />acceptance block. <br />312 <br />
