E. Roddenberry <br />Dated 12-3-80/1-6-81, Respectively <br />#2 - County Commission Minutes of 12-5-79 <br />#3 - Map of the Area <br />Mr. W. E. Roddenberry has requested that Enclosure 1 be <br />placed on the agenda. <br />The Quay Dock Road issue was previously before the Commission <br />on 12-5-79. Copy of minutes of this is. -at Enclosure 2. <br />A meeting with Mr. Roddenberry, Jerry Kramer, Gene Hamilton, <br />Dewey Walker, Ernestine Park and myself was held January 6, 1981. <br />The issue was discussed but not resolved. Basically, they are <br />asking for an amendment of the maintenance map to eliminate that <br />portion of Quay Dock Road east of point A, which is designated <br />on Enclosure 2. This point is the intersection of Quay Dock Road <br />and the western line of Govermnent Lot 3. <br />The road the County has maintained extends to point B, design- <br />ated on the enclosure. The road at that point, curves to the right, <br />crosses a drainage ditch and intersects Mr. Roddenberry's propert%. <br />It is reconimended that the County Attorney review the petition <br />and all material in the files regarding this issue and recommend a <br />county position in this matter. <br />NAN/ep <br />Neil Nelson, County dministrator <br />25 <br />JAN 141991 soon 45 wsf 603 <br />
