<br />Ordinance creating a new zoning district to
<br />be referred to as R-213 Multiple -Family
<br />District, providing for permitted uses,
<br />providing for special exceptions, providing for
<br />building height limits, providing for minimum
<br />lot and floor area requirements, providing for,
<br />-maximum Iot= coverage, providing for
<br />separation between principal buildings on the
<br />same lot, providing for front,`side and rear
<br />setbacks, providing for open spaces, providing
<br />for parking regulations, and providing for an
<br />effective date.

<br />SIX UNITS PER ACRE QUANTITY THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE.
<br />HE THEN SPOKE ABOUT SOME MINOR CHANGES INVOLVED IN THE ORDINANCE
<br />AND REFERRED TO ITEM W ON THE SECOND PAGE, AND SUGGESTED ADDING
