2. The Clerk has prepared and submitted to the Board <br />a budget for the office of the Clerk and the Board has approved <br />that budget for the budget year 1980-81. <br />3. The Board hereby guarantees and appropriates a <br />salary to the Clerk in an amount 4ow specified by law as is set <br />forth in.the 4pproved budget. <br />1 <br />4. The Clerk will turn over to the Board all fees <br />collected by her office. <br />5. The Board will pay to the Clerk all budget approved , <br />reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Clerk in per- <br />forming the duties of that office. <br />6. The Board will pay the funds to the Clerk in <br />monthly installments. <br />7. The Clerk will perform all of the duties,of the <br />office of Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, prescribed by the Constitution and Laws of the State <br />of Florida, which duties presently include Clerk of the Court <br />Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Auditor, Recorder and <br />Custodian of all county funds, In the performance of these du- <br />ties, the Clerk will furnish to the Board of County Commissioners <br />all information requested in the form requested by the Board. <br />8. The Clerk shall keep two separate sets of books of <br />accounts, one for the functions of the Board and another for all <br />other functions of the office of the Clerk. <br />9. This Resolution shall terminate on the expiration <br />of the budget year 1980-81. However, if the Clerk submits a <br />budget to the Board and requests a guaranteed and appropriated <br />salary and agrees to turn over all fees collected by the Clerk to <br />the Board, the Board may, with the concurrence of the Clerk, con- <br />tinue the terms of this Resolution for another budget year. <br />-2- <br />JAN 14 1981 Baas 45 WE <br />
