The area along 37th Street has <br />scattered single family residences and primarily rural in character. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The existing land use of subject property is an <br />allowable use within the proposed Agricultural District. Under the <br />Agricultural classification, applicant may locate a mobile home unit <br />on the site to provide security. An Agricultural District is <br />compatible with overall the rural character of the area. The <br />application is in order, therefore staff recommends approval. <br />David M.
