The <br />Public Hearing . before the County Com- <br />missioners will be held on February 11, 1981, at <br />the hour of 10:30 o'clock a.m. for the purpose of i <br />hearing all persons interested in the following: <br />Application of Harris Sanitation, Inc., for the <br />purpose of obtaining a nonexclusive franchise <br />to provide solid waste, building demolition <br />materials, and paper recovery collection <br />services for commercial, nonresidential units <br />in Indian River County, Florida.
