ORDINANCE NO. 84-62 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PERTAINING TO ESTABLISHING <br />BOUNDARIES FOR THE COMMERCIAL, TOURIST/COMMERCIAL, HOSPITAL/ <br />COMMERCIAL, COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL AND INDUSTRIAL NODES AS <br />DESCRIBED IN THE TEXT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT AND DEPICTED ON <br />THE LAND USE MAP OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN; PROVIDING FOR SPECIFIED NODES, UNSPECIFIED NODES, PROCESS <br />FOR SETTING BOUNDARIES, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REZONING, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />SECTION 1 <br />PAGES 32, 33, and 34 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehen- <br />sive Plan, Ordinance 82-21, as amended, are hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />SPECIAL POLICIES REGULATING NODAL AREAS <br />1) Unspecified nodes may include: <br />-a4-'-neighborhood Commercial Nodes - Neighborhood commercial <br />centers not less than two (2) acres nor in excess of <br />eight (8) acres per center. These neighborhood commercial <br />nodes are designed for public convenience businesses, <br />professional offices and other uses as defined in all <br />applicable land development ordinances including, but not <br />limited to, the zoning and subdivision ordinances.
