w <br />8) Boundaries will be established for each node encompassing <br />one hundred percent (100%) of the acreage allocated to the <br />node. Boundaries for each node will be reviewed for recom- <br />mendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission after a <br />public hearing and will be adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners after a public hearing.
