ORDINANCE 92- 39 <br />deposit, injection, dumping or placing of land clearing <br />debris, or any solid waste into or upon any land or water <br />including groundwater is prohibited. The method of disposal <br />for "clean debris" as defined in chapter 17-701.20 Florida <br />Administrative Code, shall be approved by the Indian River <br />County Public Health Department. <br />Landclearing debris generated from a parcel(s) may be <br />transported to a parcel(s) under the same ownership as <br />the debris -generating parcel(s), or to a parcel owned or <br />leased by the land clearing contractor who conducted the <br />land clearing, and incinerated under the provisions of <br />this ordinance (Chapter 925). <br />Section 925.05. Adoption of state standards not in conflict with <br />this chapter <br />Except to the extent that they specifically conflict with this <br />chapter, all laws and rules of the state relative to burning, <br />including but not limited to Chapter 17-256,. Florida Administrative <br />Code as may be amended, are hereby adopted_ by_ reference <br />Section 925.07.
