ORDINANCE 92-39 <br />unit from the closest point of the principal dwelling <br />unit to the closest point of the accessory dwellina unit. <br />8. Excluding converted garage accessory dwelling units, the <br />accessory dwelling unit shall be designed so that the <br />exterior facade material is similar in appearance to the <br />facade of the existing principal structure. <br />accessory dwelling unit in addition to spaces required <br />for the principal dwelling unit. <br />10. Prior to the granting of an administrative permit <br />approval, the applicant shall obtain an initial <br />cnnrnrrencv certificate from the nlannina division. <br />SECTION 33: Section 971.41(9) of the Regulations for Specific Land <br />Use Criteria Chapter of the land development regulations is hereby <br />established, to read as follows: <br />"(9) Small Lot Single-family Subdivisions (administrative permit): <br />u Districts requiring Administrative Permit approval, (pursuant <br />to the provisions of 971.04): <br />RS -6 RT -6 RM -6 RM -8 RM -10 <br />u Criteria for small lot subdivisions: <br />1. The small lot subdivision shall e serviced y <br />centralized water and wastewater. <br />2. The gross density of any small lot subdivision shall not <br />exceed the maximum density allowed within the zoning <br />district in which the subdivision is located. <br />3. Perimeter lots are those lots which abut or are adjacent <br />to areas not included in the nronosed small lot <br />a residential or agricultural zonina desianation shall: <br />a.
