ORDINANCE 92-39 <br />Schinus terebinthifolius - Brazilian pepper tree <br />Melaleuca quinguenervia - Melaleuca, punk or paper <br />tree <br />..- <br />Cabbage palms—(Saba-1—Palmetto) and—citrus trees of all <br />varieties shall not be considered to be protected trees, <br />but.^'' tree shalle included in the tree survey in <br />the event the applicant chooses to make use of such trees <br />as a credit against the trees otherwise required under an <br />applicable landscaping regulation or requirement." <br />SECTION 16: The required information for preliminary plats found <br />in Section 913.07(4)(C) of the Subdivisions and Plats Chapter of <br />the land development regulations is hereby amended to add <br />subsection 25, reading as follows: <br />1125.
