D. _ <br />(SEAL) <br />Manager) <br />(Clerk of the Circuit Court, Indian River County, Florida) <br />NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on <br />March 11, 1981, at 11:00 A.M. in the City <br />Council Chambers In the Vero Beach City Hall <br />to consider the adoption of an <br />Ordinance restricting applications for an <br />amendment, change or modification of the <br />boundaries or districts, regulations or <br />restrictions contained within Appendix A — <br />Zoning, by restricting filing of new ap- <br />plications until after the expiration of twelve <br />(12) months from the filing of a previous ap- <br />plication for an amendment, change or <br />modification of the boundaries or districts, <br />regulations or restrictions contained within <br />Appendix A — Zoning; and providing for an <br />effective date. <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision <br />made on the above matter, he will need a <br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur- <br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim <br />record of the proceedings is made, which <br />record includes the testimony In evidence on <br />which the appeal Is based. <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida <br />By: -s -Patrick B. Lyons, Chairman <br />Feb. 20,1981. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS EXPLAINED THAT OUR PRESENT ORDINANCE <br />DOES NOT HAVE A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS, AND FOR THAT REASON, A 12 <br />MONTH PERIOD BEGINNING FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL FILING HAS BEEN <br />PUT INTO THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE PRESENT WHO WISHED <br />TO BE HEARD.
