Nelson <br />County Administrator <br />BOOK 46 PAG E 5� <br />FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat Approval <br />of Queens Way S/D. <br />REFERENCES: <br />Description and Conditions <br />Carter Associates, Inc. has requested preliminary plat <br />approval of Queens Way Subdivision. The T.R.C. met on this <br />subdivision January 6, 1981 and unanimously recommended approval <br />with the following stipulations: <br />1. That the easements, rights of way, road maintenance, <br />and drainage facilities maintenance would remain <br />with the developer and/or the property owners <br />association as private. <br />2. An agent for the developer will meet with the County <br />Engineer to further define and discuss the road <br />configuration and layout. The County Engineer <br />has met with the agent and has reviewed the plat <br />and in his memo to the County Administrator dated <br />2-24-81 recommended preliminary plat approval. <br />Alternatives and Analysis <br />The developers have met all requirements for preliminary <br />plat approval. <br />Recommendation <br />That the Board approve the preliminary plat of Queens Way <br />Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BIRD, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCURLOCK, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF QUEENS <br />WAY SUBDIVISION. <br />52 <br />
