RESOLUTION NO. 81- 21
<br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, enacted Ordinance No. 81-9 on March 4th, 1981;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 81-9 required that the Applica-
<br />tion for Zoning Change be in a form approved by the Board of _
<br />County Commission'drs; and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners to adopt, approve, and ratify, the attached Summary of
<br />Rezoning Procedures; and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners to adopt the attached schedule of New Application Fees,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the attached
<br />Application for Zoning Change, Indian River County Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission, Exhibit "A", which is specifically incorporated
<br />herein by reference; the attached Summary of Rezoning Procedures,
<br />Exhibit "B", which is specifically incorporated herein by reference,
<br />and the New Application Fees, Exhibit "C", which is specifically
<br />incorporated herein by reference, are hereby adopted and ratified
<br />for use by the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Department
<br />and the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission.
