THE ATTORNEY <br />CONTINUED -THAT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAME UP WITH ADDITIONAL RECOM- <br />MENDATION AFTER THE PACKET HAD BEEN PREPARED FOR THE AGENDA, AND THAT <br />IS WHY THE NEW DRAFT WAS RECEIVED LATE. <br />CHAIRMAN LYONS NOTED THAT THE FIRST DRAFT WAS FOR 4 UNITS <br />PER ACRE WHILE THE NEW ONE IS FOR TWO UNITS PER ACRE, HE QUESTIONED <br />WHETHER THE ADVERTISEMENT ADEQUATELY COVERS THE NEW DRAFT. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS EXPLAINED THAT THE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROVIDES FOR A LIMITATION OF THE NUMBER OF LIVING UNITS PER ACRE, BUT <br />
