D. Contractor shall reimburse the Owner for additional engineering and/or inspection cost <br />as a result of overtime work in excess of the regular working hours stipulated in Article SC -6.020. <br />Owner's option, overtime costs may either be deducted from the Contractor's mo s incurred <br />request or deducted from the retainage prior to release of final payment.
