SECTION 01152 <br />APPLICATIONS FOR PAYMENT <br />PART 1 -- GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />Submit Applications for Payment to Engineer in accordance with the schedule <br />established by Conditions of the contract and Agreement between Owner and <br />Contractor. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. In other parts of the Construction Documents: <br />1. Agreement between Owner and Contractor <br />2. General Conditions of the Contract <br />3. Article 14 — Payments to Contractor and Completion <br />B. Specified in Other Sections: <br />1. Section 01000: Summary of Work <br />2. Section 01700: Contract Closeout <br />1.03 FORMAT AND DATA REQUIRED <br />A. Submit itemized applications typed in a format approved by Engineer. All <br />applications for payment must be numbered, dated, and signed by the <br />Contractor., <br />B. Provide itemized data on payment application (format, schedules, line items and <br />values accepted by Engineer). <br />1.04 PREPARATION OF APPLICATION FOR EACH PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />A. Application Form: <br />1. Fill in required information, including that for Change Orders executed <br />prior to the date of submittal of application <br />2. Fill in summary of dollar values , <br />3. Execute certification with the signature of a responsible officer of the <br />contract firm <br />4. Have resident project representative review and sign application prior <br />to submission to Engineer <br />01152-1 <br />
