Examples of customary home occupations or cottage
industries are without limitation, professional offices within the home, bed and
breakfasts, crafts production, and firewood distribution. Grantor may alter the natural
flow of water over the Property in order to improve drainage of agricultural soils, reduce
soil erosion, provide irrigation for the Property, or improve the agricultural or forest
management potential of the Property, provided such alteration is consistent with Sound
Agricultural Practices, this Conservation Easement, and is carried out in accordance with
all applicable State, local, and federal laws and regulations.
13.
