AND ROSALIE CISZIK. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCURLOCK, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE STATE WITNESS PAYROLL, <br />CIRCUIT COURT, SPRING TERM 1981, IN THE AMOUNT OF $117.58. <br />FINANCE DIRECTOR BARTON EXPLAINED THAT ITEM D, CONCERNING <br />THE LAW LIBRARY PERSONNEL, WAS JUST FOR DISCUSSION PURPOSES AND TO <br />INFORM THE BOARD HOW THE MATTER WOULb BE HANDLED. <br />CHAIRMAN LYONS ELABORATED THAT IN THE PAST, JUDGE SMITH`S <br />SECRETARY WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIBRARY, AND SHE WAS PAID A NOMINAL <br />FEE FROM THE LAW LIBRARY COMMITTEE FUND. HE ADDED THAT THE LIBRARY <br />NOW HAS BEEN RELOCATED AND CLERK FREDA WRIGHT WAS ASKED TO SUPPLY A <br />LIBRARIAN, WHO WILL WORK PART TIME AS A CLERICAL PERSON AND PART OF <br />THE TIME IN THE LIBRARY, WITH HALF OF HER SALARY BEING SUPPLEMENTED <br />BY THE LAW LIBRARY COMMITTEE. <br />2 <br />
