1.�_ 1a3/0S <br />�.o. <br />SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />4e- <br />This <br />e <br />This Sixth Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ("Sixth Amendment') is entered <br />into effective as of December 23, 2008 ("Effective Date"), by and between Indian River County, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and Heveron Group, Inc., a Florida <br />corporation, d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service ("Contractor"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />A. Effective October 1, 2005, the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial Services <br />Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; Second <br />Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; Third Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; <br />Fourth Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement; and Fifth Amendment to Custodial Services <br />Agreement (as so amended, the "Agreement'). <br />B. The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by extending the term of the <br />Agreement through January 31, 2009, and reducing the price paid for Services (as such term is <br />defined in the Agreement), during the month of January, 2009, all in accordance with the provisions <br />of the Agreement and as set forth in this Sixth Amendment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, covenant and <br />agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />Sixth Amendment. <br />1.
