This addendum should correct the <br />remaining discrepancies which were found in the 201 Plan. Please <br />note the following changes that were made to the Plan. <br />1. Section 1.3 - Recommendation 4 was reworded to properly <br />reflect the terms of the Interlocal Agreement and Recom- <br />mendation 7 was added to incorporate the conversion of <br />the Vero Beach Wastewater Plant from aerobic to anaerobic <br />digestion as part of the 201 Facilities Plan, both at the <br />City of Vero Beach's request. <br />
