<br />Indian River County propos to construct a 16" reuse main starting at 63d Street
<br />heading north within a 30' utility easemnt located in the Waterway Tillage site,
<br />crossing the North Relief Canal and then paralleling the west property line of the
<br />Indian Enver County RIB site, than crossing the Indian River Farms Water Control
<br />District Canal G-1, and ending at 57th Street (Storm Grow Road). The project
<br />includes approximately 1,910 LF of proposed 16' reuse main to connecting to the
<br />existing lines on 5e Str t and 57°' Stmt.

<br />A Copy of said Contract Is Incorporated herein by reference and Is made a part hereof as If fully
<br />copied herein.
<br />NOW, niEREFORE, THE CONDITIONS OF THIS OI IJGATION ARE SUCH, that, if the
<br />Principal shall promptly make payments to all calmants, as herein below defined, then this
<br />obligation shall be void; otherwise, thio Bond shall remain in full foorce and effect, subject to the
<br />following tome and conditions:
<br />1. A claimant is defined as any person supplying time principal with labor, materials or
<br />supplies, used directly or indirectly by the Prtndpal In the prosecution of ,the Work
<br />provided for in said Contract, and is further defined In Florida Statutes Section 713.01.
<br />2. Florida Statutes Section 255.45 (2097), as amended from time to time, together vrith
<br />all notice and time provisions contained In subsection (2) of Florida Statutes Section
<br />255.05, Is incorporated herein in its entirety by this reference
<br />The Surety, for value received, herby stipulates and agrees that no chaWe, egension of time,
<br />alteration of or addition to the terms of the Contract or to the work to be performed thereunder or
<br />to the Specifications applicable thereto, shall In any way affect its obligations on this Bond, and
<br />the Sup -sty hereby waives notice of any such change, extension of time, alterations of or addition
<br />to they terms of the Contract, or to the writ or to the Spectfic ationms.
<br />The Surety represents and warrants to the County of Indian River that It has a Best's Key Rating
<br />Guide, General Policyholder's raft of "A -Vit".
<br />The Principal and Surety jointly and severally covonant and agree that thio Brand will remain in full
<br />force and effect for a period of one year commencing can the date of Substantial C<amplation err;
<br />established on the Certificate of Substantial Completion as issued by the County of Indian River.
<br />The Principal and ;surety jointly and severally, agree to pay the County of Indian River all losses,
<br />damages, rinses, costs, and attorney'a fry, including appellate proceeclings, that the County
<br />of Indian River sustains because of a default by the Principal tinder the Contraca.
