<br />A. Contractor shall llrrnish performance and payment
<br />bands, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract
<br />Price as security for the faithiul perfirrmillic and payout rl
<br />of all of Contractof's obligations under the Contract
<br />Documents. These bonds shall remain in COCO Until one
<br />year atter the dale wheys final payment becomes due or
<br />until completion of flue correction period specilled in
<br />Paragraph 13.07, whichever is later, except as provided
<br />othem ise by taws or Regulations or by the Contract
<br />Documents. Contraclor shall also lurnish such other
<br />Bonds as arc required by the Contract Documents.
<br />B. All bonds shall be in the tomo prescribed by the
<br />Contract Documents except as provided otherwise by
<br />Laws or Regulations, and shall be executed by such
<br />sureties as ate named in the current list of "Companies
<br />Holding Certificates of AuNionly as Acceptable Sureties
<br />on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring C'ompa-
<br />nics" as published in Circular 570 (amended) by tine
<br />f=inancial Management Service. Surety fond Branch, L' S.
<br />Department of the Treasury. All bonds signed by an agent
<br />must lie accompanied by a certified copy of the agent's
<br />authority to act.
<br />C. If the surety on any bond furnished by Contractor is
<br />declared bankrupt or becomes insolvent or its right to do
<br />business is terminated in any state where any part of the
<br />Project is located or it ceases to meet the requhenients of
<br />Paragraph 5.01.3, Contractor shall promptly nutifj
